Product Evaluation
We are happy to make available to Buyers for evaluation, products that appear in our price list or New Products at prices slightly more than the quoted prices. There is no Minimum Quantity requirement in purchasing products for Evaluation. For some categories of Products, we are willing to refund to Buyers the payment made for purchasing the Product for evaluation after Buyers place normal larger quantity orders. However, it will not be a Cash Refund, but Buyers can use the refund payment to offset their payment in their next purchases with us.
Dead on Arrival Returns (D.O.A.) Policy
D.O.A. is defined as a product that is inoperable upon first installation or a product that is shipped in error. Products that fail after being in use for any period of time are defined as defective and must be handled under APIO’s Warranty Program as stipulated in the terms and conditions herewith.
APIO will accept the return of D.O.A. products in an amount not to exceed 3% of Buyer’s previous calendar quarter’s net purchases of product from APIO.
If APIO finds the product not to be defective or missing components, APIO will either charge on all expenses incurred or return the product to Buyers, as applicable. Any product that is repaired or replaced by APIO may contain used or reconditioned parts or components, subject to APIO’s warranty requirements and policies.
D.O.A. product returned will be calculated by using the original Buying Price List at the time of purchase.
All products must be returned in APIO’s original packaging and must contain all parts, including manuals, software, cables, etc. Product returned without all the original parts may be subjected to a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the returned products. Freight on returns must be prepaid.
For prompt handling of Buyer’s D.O.A. requests, APIO requires that an accurately completed D.O.A. Return Form (DOARF) be submitted to APIO before returning the product. One copy of the DOARF must be placed in the shipping carton or with the product. Returning D.O.A. product without a DOARF may delay processing.
Current D.O.A. products are returnable to APIO within 60 days of the original invoice date from APIO.
Returns for Replacement or Repair
Within the thirty (30) days after each 1-month period, Buyers may return for Replacement or Repair, the product that is defective, and the product shipped in error.
All products returned under such conditions shall be obligated to the Limited 3-year Warranty Terms set forth in this document.
Product returned to APIO in whatever conditions shall be returned to Buyers as its conditions, either repaired or replaced with new product. Freight on returns to APIO must be prepaid.
For prompt handling of Buyer’s Returns for Replacement or Repair requests, APIO requires that an accurately completed Return Material Verification Form (RMVF) be submitted to APIO before returning the product. One copy of the RMVF must be placed in the shipping carton or with the product. Returning products for replacement or repair without an RMVF may delay processing.

Limited 1-Year/2-Year Warranty
APIO Group Co., Limited will repair or replace or provide 1% Free Parts and Components, at its option, without charge, all APIO products which fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship for 2 years or 24 months the products that are technically operational. However, all LCD Screens will only carry a 1 year or 12 months warranty due to defects in material or workmanship. All replacement or repairs after the 1-year period will be charged a fee.
No responsibility for service or replacement, should upon examination it be determined that the product has been tampered with, subjected to abuse or mishandling, negligence, or accidental damage.
Performance of any obligation under this warranty may be obtained by returning this product, freight prepaid, along with proof of the purchase date, to APIO Group Co., Limited or its authorized regional Sales Agents. Please refer to the section under “Return for Replacement or Repair” in this document for more details.
This warranty gives APIO’s Sales Agent specific legal rights, and the Sales Agent may also have other rights which vary from a different country.
